The Full Picture

If I had to chose a few words to describe myself, the first few to come to mind are versatile, adaptive, and professional. These qualities have come from always challenging myself in work life and striving to try new things. My experience in performing began at a very young age as a competitive figure skater, where I strapped on my first pair at 18 months old. Then at about age 4, my love for being in the spotlight surged when I entered into the music industry, performing in front of my first live band shortly after that. 

At 5 years old, as a way to further work on my performing and confidence levels I began competing in the beauty pageant circuit. 

Each of these facets of entertaining have continued to be a big part of my life: skating now as a coach and for recreation, I'm entering my 31st year in the sport. Music has evolved from just performing live to writing as well. Beauty pageants came full circle to being able to host as well as judge, and help other people to find confidence in themselves to shine on stage and in their everyday lives. 

I have been in the acting/modeling industry for many years, being represented by a couple of different agencies as well as representing myself through freelance work.

An asset I find has really helped push my career working with brands is that I am able to shoot a lot of content for companies from home. I have been a photographer for many years and love to get creative. My website for my photography page is linked below.

One of my latest endeavors brought me into live TV broadcasting and interviewing with Triple Crown Series at the Canadian Motocross events as a personality and interviewing riders.

My most recent additions to my portfolio have been more acting driven; working with some local film companies has brought out this skill over the last couple of years. I was recently cast in a commercial airing on the big screen at Cineplex, as well as a TV show; details coming soon.

I'm always looking to acquire new skills and expand my experience levels with as many opportunities as possible. This helps me to get into character and greatly increases my comfort level in adapting to different jobs that come my way. A few of these skills and experiences include: automotive, serving/bartending/wine industry, photography, country swing/two step/line dance, horseback riding (Western and English), dirtbiking, ATVing, snowmobiling, fishing, general sports and outdoors abilities. More of these skills are available on my resume. I am very quick to learn and am able to adapt on the fly.
